We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, and are often able to ship same day.  All in-stock orders will ship within 1-3 days via UPS Ground.  

If an item is on Pre-Order, kindly reference product page for estimated shipping time.  

We ship all items in an order together, in as few parcels as possible, to reduce environmental impact.

All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground from Philadelphia.  Typical transit time is 1-6 business days.  Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to follow the delivery of your order.  Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Sometimes delays beyond our control may happen in transit due to weather or logistics hurdles.

Flat Rate $10

Local pick-up available at our Philadelphia location by selecting Pick-Up option at checkout.  You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pick-up.  

International Shipping

Flat Rate $35

International custom and duty fees are not included.  Flat rate includes shipping to destination only.

Orders are eligible for Exchange or Return within 15days of delivery date.  Initiate your return here.

Custom orders and items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Fairfield Brand items, Fill and pillow inserts, are final sale.  Once order is placed, Fairfield products cannot be canceled as they are fulfilled by third party.

Vegetable-tanned leather is the most earth-friendly, durable leather. 

We partner with a centuries-old vegetable tannery in Morocco that aligns with our global values and considers environmental impact with highest regard. By using only earth-friendly materials, like tree bark, vegetable tanneries provide a safe working environment and for the surrounding communities. This process is completely non-toxic and chemical free, making it not only safe for the community in which its made, but in your home.

The most earth-friendly option is to upcycle materials you already have in your home, like blankets, linens, and towels. They'll provide a dense, substantial feel.

If you prefer a fuller, more supportive feel, we recommend a recycled fiber fill, like Poly Fil by Fairfield. Its a resilient fiber fill that provides a buildable firmness - the more you add, the firmer the feel! This type of fill is available at local craft stores. Buying local not only is a shipping cost savings for your pocket, but also has reduced carbon footprint on our planet.

Reference the chart below for how many pounds of fill we recommend for each ottoman style and size.

We know life happens, our ottomans are designed to endure.

If you've spilled water, or anything water-based, your leather goods will dry to original shade.  

If its an oil-based spill, like pizza grease, it will leave a mark that will become more subtle overtime.  

For stubborn or sticky spills, we recommend using a damp soft cloth and a non-abrasive detergent like Dawn soap to buff away the residue on the surface.  This should also work for pen ink, washable markers, and food spills.  

If you ordered the recommended Fill from us, we sent you a specific amount that is the perfect volume for the ottoman you ordered. You can use all of the fill. Don’t worry, it’s not a perfect science! Simply unzip the underside of your ottoman and add the loose filling inside. We suggest starting with the corners and to evenly distribute the fill. If you’d like it to be less firm or more firm, you can always remove or add to your desired feel. Once all of the Fill is in the ottoman, zip it closed by squeezing the sides together to ensure little pressure is applied on the zipper while closing it. It helps to turn the ottoman on its side, with the zipper horizontal to the floor, and pushing down pressure inwards, toward the zipper, while zipping it shut.
