All in-stock orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, an email confirmation with tracking will be sent. You can also opt in to have live updates via SMS text message directly to your phone, such as when your order leaves our facility to when it is out for delivery and reaches your doorstep.
Large items ship via UPS Ground (1-5 days in transit) and smaller items via USPS Priority mail (1-2 days in transit).
We are happy to expedite shipping by request. Drop us an email with your order number and the date you would like to receive it by. We can shorten processing time for in-stock orders and/or expedite shipping for an additional fee.
Sometimes certain products may go into backorder, which just means that we are still accepting orders, but it will ship at a later date. If an item is on backorder, it will be noted on the product page along with an estimated ship date. Items go into backorder if production runs behind schedule, or the incoming batch is delayed in transit to our Philly hub.
We care about the impact shipping makes on our planet. All items in an order ship together, in the fewest amount of boxes. We use post-consumer biodegradable packaging and no plastics. Please reuse and recycle. To reduce unnecessary waste, order invoices are not included in the shipment, and can be viewed by logging into your Minda account.
Minda orders are carbon neutral. We offset the carbon footprint of all shipped orders by participating in the CarbonNeutral initiative. This means that for every tonne of CO2 produced in the transport of your order, one tonne of CO2 is saved by donating to verified emissions reduction projects around the world.
